SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 351 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY LEONARD LEE RAWSON REAUTHORIZATION; EXTENDING THE EXPENDITURE PERIOD OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR A MUNICIPAL PARK IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY. The period of time for expenditure of a severance tax bond appropriation made pursuant to Subsection UUU of Section 9 of Chapter 148 of Laws 1994 to acquire land for and design, construct and equip a new Moongate municipal park in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county shall be extended through fiscal year 2000. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the severance tax bonding fund.
