SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 355 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN PINTO FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN CRYSTAL IN SAN JUAN COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: two million seven hundred sixty thousand dollars ($2,760,000) to plan, design or construct the Crystal road in San Juan county.
