FOR ROAD AND PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS IN CRYSTAL IN SAN JUAN
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) to plan,
          design or construct an access road and parking lot at
          Crystal in San Juan county.
