FOR A HEAD START FACILITY IN NENAHNEZAD IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:

                    seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to
          plan, design or construct a facility for use by a
          federal head start program in the Nenahnezad chapter in
          McKinley county.
