SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 382 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN PINTO FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS TO JOHNSON AND TOHLAKAI ROADS IN MCKINLEY COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: three hundred ninety thousand dollars ($390,000) to plan, design or construct Johnson and Tohlakai roads in McKinley county.
