FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS TO THE NASCHITTI EAST LOOP ROAD IN SAN JUAN
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    three million seven hundred eighty thousand dollars
          ($3,780,000) to plan, design or construct N69, the
          Naschitti east loop road, in San Juan county.
