FOR SENATE DISTRICT 18 CAPITAL REQUESTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN
BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the state department of public education:
          
          A.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for educational
technology at Sandia high school;

          B.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for educational
technology at Matheson Park elementary school;

          C.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for educational
technology at Mitchell elementary school;

          D.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for educational
technology at Inez elementary school;

          E.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for educational
technology at Eubank elementary;

          F.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for educational
technology at Hayes middle school;

          G.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a new student
parking lot at Sierra alternative school;    

          H.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for parking lot
upgrades at Bellehaven elementary school; and


          I.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for parking lot
upgrades at Sombra Del Monte elementary school;

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

          proposed community center at Candelaria and Morris.
