SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 395 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY ROD ADAIR FOR A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for miscellaneous repairs and improvements to city buildings in Roswell to bring city facilities into compliance with federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 guidelines in Chaves county. - 1 -
