FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PURCHASES FOR EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY IN
CHAVES COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the office of cultural affairs:
          
                    thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase
          educational technology for the Roswell public library
          in Chaves county.
