FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY BY WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY
IN GRANT COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the board of regents of western New Mexico
          university:

                    six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) for the
          acquisition of property belonging to Saint Mary's
          academy located in Grant county.
