FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO A PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:

                    eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($850,000) to
          acquire, develop and construct improvements to a three-
          acre Bel Air area park on Phoenix in Albuquerque in
          Bernalillo county.
