FOR THE DESIGN OF THE INTERCHANGE AT INTERSTATE 40 AND PASEO DEL
VOLCAN IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:

                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for the
          design of the interchange at interstate 40 and Paseo
          del Volcan in Bernalillo county.
