SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 445 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DON KIDD FOR AN INTEGRATED ACADEMIC, VOCATIONAL, TECHNICAL AND CAREER CENTER IN THE CITY OF LOVINGTON IN LEA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state department of public education: four million dollars ($4,000,000) to plan, design, remodel, construct and equip an integrated academic, vocational, technical and career center in the city of Lovington for students attending Lovington high school and for community college courses and workshops in Lea county. - 1 -
