FOR PARK AND BALL FIELD IMPROVEMENTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO
COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
          A.  three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to
plan and design a recreation center, park, trail and
archaeological site at Singing Arrow neighborhood park in
Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

          B.  seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) for the
Zia little league ball fields in Albuquerque in Bernalillo
county.
