SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 455 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOHN ARTHUR SMITH FOR PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT IN SIERRA COUNTY ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state department of public education: one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install playground equipment for the Sierra elementary complex in Sierra county.
