FOR A SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER IN TWIN LAKES IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be
funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan,
          design, construct and equip a senior citizen center in
          the community of Twin Lakes in McKinley county.
