SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 497 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY LEONARD TSOSIE FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 22. I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded: to the state highway and transportation department: A. one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) to complete rights of way and clearances near Littlewater and Casamero Lake on McKinley county roads 19 and 509; B. forty-nine thousand dollars ($49,000) to complete rights of way and clearances for N58 near Canoncito in Bernalillo - 1 - county; C. seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to complete rights of way and clearances for N52-98, the Dalton Pass loop, in McKinley county; and D. fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) to complete rights of way and clearances for N56, the Canoncito school north road, in Bernalillo county.
