                           REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be
funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of
          finance and administration:
          
                    twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for practice
          lights at Phil Chacon park soccer fields in Albuquerque
          in Bernalillo county; and

                    to the board of regents of the university of New
<center>- 1 -</center>

          Mexico:
     
          A.  fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements
to the Johnson gymnasium at the university of New Mexico in
Albuquerque in Bernalillo county; and

          B.  twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for practice
lights at Robertson field at the university of New Mexico in
Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
