0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0018|     Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0019|     1999 for the purpose of contracting for traditional dispute
    |
0020|     resolution liaisons to provide peacemaker court services in
    |
0021|     the Shiprock area of the Navajo Nation.  Any unexpended or
    |
0022|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0023|     shall revert to the general fund.
