0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EXPAND THE WOMEN, INFANTS AND

0012|     CHILDREN FARMERS' MARKET NUTRITION PROGRAM.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of expanding the New Mexico women, infants and
    |
0019|     children farmers' market nutrition program under the federal
    |
0020|     Farmers' Market Nutrition Act of 1992 provided for in the
    |
0021|     special supplemental food program for women, infants and
    |
0022|     children.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0023|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
