       l.  On page 2, line 2, after "to" strike the rest of the line
  and insert in lieu thereof "an interim water".
  
       2.  On page 2, line 3, strike "additional".
  
       3.  On page 2, line 8, strike "integrated water and" and on
  page 2, line 9, strike "resource" and insert in lieu thereof
  "water".
  
       4.  On page 2, line ll, strike "integrated water and" and on
  page 2, line l2, strike "resource" and insert in lieu thereof
  "water".,
