0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE TOURISM DEPARTMENT TO CONTRACT

0012|     WITH THE CITY OF GALLUP FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE GALLUP

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($400,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of contracting with the city of Gallup for the
    |
0020|     promotion of the Gallup intertribal Indian ceremonial in 1998
    |
0021|     and 1999.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
