APPROPRIATION.--Three million seven hundred | 0016| thousand dollars ($3,700,000) is appropriated from the general | 0017| fund to the corrections department for expenditure in fiscal | 0018| year 1998 for costs associated with leasing bed space. Any | 0019| unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0020| fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund. | 0021| Section 2.
