APPROPRIATION.--Forty-five thousand four | 0016| hundred dollars ($45,400) is appropriated from the general | 0017| fund to the third judicial district attorney for expenditure | 0018| in fiscal year 1998 for employee liability insurance and bar | 0019| association dues. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance | 0020| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the | 0021| general fund. | 0022| Section 2.
