APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-five thousand dollars | 0016| ($85,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board | 0017| of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in | 0018| fiscal year 1999 to carry out the provisions of the Noxious | 0019| Weed Management Act. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance | 0020| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert the | 0021| general fund. | 0022| Section 2.
