APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-seven thousand five | 0016| hundred dollars ($37,500) is appropriated from the general | 0017| fund to the third judicial district court for expenditure in | 0018| fiscal year 1998 to repay a state board of finance loan for | 0019| water rights litigation. Any unexpended or unencumbered | 0020| balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert | 0021| to the general fund. | 0022| Section 2.
