APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred forty thousand | 0017| dollars ($340,000) is appropriated from the general fund to | 0018| the state department of public education for expenditure in | 0019| fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of contracting for the | 0020| services of a community-based organization representing | 0021| business, education and state government to implement total | 0022| quality management principles in selected public schools | 0023| throughout the state. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance | 0024| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the | 0025| general fund. | - 1 - 0001| Section 2.
