APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred fifty thousand | 0016| dollars ($350,000) is appropriated from the general fund to | 0017| the local government division of the department of finance and | 0018| administration for expenditure in fiscal years 1998 and 1999 | 0019| to pay unanticipated detention costs in Torrance county. Any | 0020| unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0021| fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund. | 0022| Section 2.
