APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars | 0016| ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office | 0017| of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for a | 0018| program for at-risk youth in the village of Tohatchi. Any | 0019| unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0020| fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund. | 0021| Section 2.
