has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike House Taxation and Revenue Committee Amendment 3.

2. On page 3, line 15, before "Money" insert the subsection designation "A.".

3. On page 4, line 4, strike the closing quotation mark and between lines 4 and 5 insert the following new subsection:

"B. The provisions of this section shall be effective until June 30, 2002."".
