Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 39, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 8, after projected, strike "at least fifteen degrees".

2. On page 3, line 4, after "2000" insert ", except that fixtures contained in an inventory at the effective date of this act may be installed until January 1, 2001".

3. Strike House Energy and Natural Resources Committee Amendments 6 and 7.

4. On page 3, strike lines 15 and 16 in its entirety.

5. On page 3, line 18, strike "at airports." and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.

6. On page 3, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following new paragraphs:

"(4) outdoor lighting fixtures that are necessary for worker safety at farms, ranches, dairies, feedlots or industrial, mining or oil and gas facilities; and

(5) outdoor lighting fixtures at correctional facilities.".
