AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN TRAINING FOR THE PUEBLO OF SANTO DOMINGO.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of providing emergency medical technician training for fire department personnel and emergency medical technicians at the pueblo of Santo Domingo. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
