HOUSE BILL 121, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendment 3.

2. On page 4, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following new subsection:

"G. The time requirements of this section are subject to the provisions of Section 7-38-83 NMSA 1978.".
