has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike House Taxation and Revenue Committee Amendments 9, 11 and 12.

2. On page 5, strike lines 19 through 23 and insert in lieu thereof "names the recipient of the money."".

3. On page 6, line 25 and on page 7, line 1, strike "seventy-five" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty-eight and three-fourths".

4. On page 7, strike lines 4 through 7.

5. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

6. On page 11, line 19, after "council" insert "or post-secondary educational institution".
