has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 1, after "be" insert "administered by the New Mexico office of Indian affairs and".

2. On page 3, line 21, strike "2000" and insert in lieu thereof "1999".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
