Your ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 460

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 15, strike "LEGISLATIVE".

2. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "of the energy, minerals and natural resources department".

3. On page 1, line 18, strike "legislative" and insert in lieu thereof "state park".

4. On page 1, line 19, after the period insert:

"The state park pass is valid from January 1 through December 31 of a given year.".

5. On page 1, line 20, strike "legislative" and insert in lieu thereof "state park".

6. On page 1, line 21, after "areas" strike the remainder of the line and strike line 22 up to the period.

7. On page 1, line 22, strike "legislative" and insert in lieu thereof "state park".

8. On page 1, line 24, after the period insert:

"On the face of the state park pass shall be written: "This pass is made possible by an act of the New Mexico legislature.".".

9. On page 1, line 25, strike "legislative" and insert in lieu thereof "state park".

10. On page 1, line 25 and page 2, line 1, strike "one hundred fifty dollars ($150)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125)".
