Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 478

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 20, line 21, after "a" strike the remainder of the line and all of lines 22 through 25, and insert in lieu thereof "fourth degree felony, punishable pursuant to Section 31-18-15 NMSA 1978.".

2. On page 21, line 2, after "punishable" strike the remainder of the line and all of lines 3 through 6, and insert in lieu thereof "pursuant to Section 31-19-1 NMSA 1978.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
