HOUSE BILL 559, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Business and Industry Committee amendment 2

and 3 in their entirety.

2. On page 4, strike lines 6, 7, 8 and 9 in their entirety.

3. On page 4, line 10, strike "easements and surveys of

public lands" and insert in lieu thereof "surveying work as defined in this section and the use of photogrammetric methods to derive topographical and other data".
