MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE DELIVERY OF MEALS FOR HOMEBOUND SENIOR CITIZENS IN CLOVIS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state agency on aging for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of contracting for provision of delivery of meals to homebound senior citizens in Clovis in Curry county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
