HOUSE BILL 629

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

l. On page 14, line 11, after the period insert "The department shall be represented by the office of the attorney general, it's own in-house, council or outside council retained by contract."

2. On page 15, line 8 after "violation" insert "subject to a right of appeal by an aggrieved party to the district court pursuant to the statutory provision governing administrative agency appeals".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
