HOUSE BILL 812, as amended



has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:



1. On page 10, line 17, strike "independent".



2. On page 10, line 18, strike "independent".



3. On page 10, line 25, strike both appearances of the word "independent".



4. On page 34, line 8, strike the brackets and line-through and strike "equal".

5. On page 34, line 9, after the period insert:



"An applicant for licensing pursuant to this section shall be issued a temporary license by the department upon filing his application along with proof of a valid current regulatory document from another jurisdiction. This temporary license is valid only until the board considers and acts on the application. An applicant is entitled to only one temporary license pursuant to this provision.".



6. On page 37, line 10, strike "independent".



7. On page 37, line 11, strike "an independent" and remove the brackets and line through the first occurrence of "a".
