AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO COMPLETE A STUDY TO ASSESS A POTENTIAL LOCATION AND COMPLETE A FUNDING DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state agency on aging for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of completing a study to assess a potential location and complete a funding development plan for a long-term care facility for the five Indian pueblos located in Sandoval county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
