has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 5, line 4, strike "1,438,272.2" and insert in lieu thereof "1,430,489.6".

2. On page 5, line 6, strike "72,957.9" and insert in lieu thereof "73,121.1".

3. On page 5, strike lines 19 through 25 and on page 6, strike lines 1 through 3.

4. On page 6, line 5, after "five" insert "and one-half".

5. On page 6, line 9, after "five" insert "and one-half".

6. On page 7, line 15, strike "7,233.2" and insert in lieu thereof "5,000.0".

7. On page 7, between lines 15 and 16 insert:

"The distribution to the school districts from the education technology fund shall be made pursuant to the provisions of Senate Finance Committee Substitute for Senate Bill 769 or similar legislation of the forty-fourth legislature, first session, if that act becomes law."
