SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _______ to SENATE BILL 10

Amendment sponsored by Senator Billy J. McKibben

1. On page 1, line 13, before the period insert "AND RETAIL SALES IN GROCERY AND CONVENIENCE STORES".

2. On page 1, line 19, strike "Subsection B" and insert in lieu thereof "Subsections B and C".

3. On page 2, line 3, strike the quotation mark.

4. On page 2, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new subsection:

"C. A person nineteen years of age or older who is working in a grocery store or convenience store may sell alcoholic beverages in unbroken packages for consumption off the premisses."".
