AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND TRIBAL TOURISM EDUCATION PROGRAMS.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of funding tribal tourism education programs for the public or tribal members. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
