MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION ON MULTICHEMICAL SENSITIVITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty-three thousand five hundred dollars ($53,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the governor's committee on concerns of the handicapped for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of providing or contracting for a statewide public education program on multichemical sensitivity. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
