Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Corporations and Transportation Committee Amendments 1 through 5.

2. On page 1, line 19, strike "assisting", strike lines 20 and 21 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "funding job-related transportation services in urban areas".

3. On page 1, line 25, strike "Subject" and on page 2, strike lines 1 through 3, and insert in lieu thereof: "The appropriation shall be distributed in the following amounts to the following cities, who shall coordinate with other relevant agencies in the service area to identify transportation needs, develop a service plan and prioritize service:".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
