AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE RURAL ADDRESSING FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES TO RESIDENTS IN THE MEXICAN SPRINGS AREA OF MCKINLEY COUNTY.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2000 for the purpose of providing rural addressing for the residents of the Mexican Springs area in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund.
