Mr. Speaker:

Your ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 237, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Floor Amendment 1.

2. On page 1, line 20, insert a period after "demand" and strike the remainder of the line and all of lines 21 and 22 and insert in lieu thereof:

"The secretary shall offer:

(1) to residents of the state an annual overnight camping permit for a fee of not more than eighty-five dollars ($85.00) per vehicle, along with an extra vehicle permit for an additional five-dollar ($5.00) fee; and

(2) to nonresidents of the state an overnight camping permit allowing fourteen nights of camping for a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per vehicle, along with an extra vehicle permit for an additional five-dollar ($5.00) fee.".
