1. On page 3, line 20, strike "one thousand dollars ($1,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "two thousand dollars ($2,000)".

2. On page 5, line 15, strike "one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500)" and insert in lieu thereof "four thousand dollars ($4,000)".

3. On page 7, line 14, strike "three thousand dollars ($3,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "six thousand dollars ($6,000)".

4. On page 9, line 20, strike "1,000.00" and insert in lieu thereof "2,000.00".
